A Sad Ballet Acoustic Demo 4 – Fireworks

This is Fireworks.

This song was the start of the album. It has changed greatly from when I first started working on it.

This was the original demo:

That was made in November of 2014. Then you had the weird update in January of 2015 with this post:

I continued to work on it and have really enjoyed where it has gone.

Here is a music only demo that I worked up a few months after that:

The funny thing about it is that this acoustic demo isn’t really at all what the actual version will sound like. This version just grew on it’s own and I’m still tweaking it. This has a lot less picked out parts than I usually use.

Anyways, I’ve rambled on long enough. Here’s Fireworks.

A Sad Ballet Acoustic Demo 1 – Sounds

Here is the first installment of the acoustic demo series. Each of these tracks has about half an hour of recording and mastering. Not a lot. They are by no means studio quality recordings. But, they are much higher quality than my average demos.

These have been practiced repeatedly and tweaked for the best sound in an acoustic set vs how the song was originally written. Many of these had additional changes while I was recording because I wondered how it would sound. (Disclaimer: It didn’t sound good every time.)

Eventually I will create a page that has all of these recordings on it alongside the lyrics, but for now it will be in regular posts.

So, without further adieu, this is Sounds.
